These Chimi’s are light yet satisfying - packed with flavor and nutrition! Our Beefy Tempeh is simply fermented soy (which serves as a great substitution in recipes that are traditionally meat-based), crumbled and then infused with flavor in our “beefy” marinade, then baked. Smother these crumbles with our Creamy Queso* and plant-based Sour Cream*, mix it with some flavored farro (amazing grain!), toss in some greens, and sprinkle with toppings we provide before you dive in and devour!
