Mimi's Blueberry Pancakes
Remedy Kitchen’s latest breakfast option is scratch-made blueberry pancakes! Michelle’s mom (aka Mimi to the grandkids) has been baking these vegan goodies for years and we finally decided to add them to our menu. We use fresh blueberries, mixed into the batter of these oven-baked cakes (yes, we bake them for you!). They’re soft, fluffy, and delicious - so much better than what you’ll find in the frozen food aisle. Enjoy them with your morning bev and you’ll start your day off with a smile.
As always, this meal is free of oil, refined sugars, and of course dairy, eggs, and any other ingredient that doesn’t pass the standards we hold for our food (synthetics, dyes, additives, preservatives, etc.).
