Kids love pizza. We ALL love pizza! This is another rigorously tested (no joke) dish that is KID APPROVED. We all know that kid approval isn’t tossed around lightly; Its hard-won and a badge of honor. Two great aspects of this dish include:

First, our pizza rolls are not only delicious and super easy to plate, but (shh, don’t tell the kids!) they’re actually filled with healthy ingredients.

Second, they’re not just for kids! These are great to take along on a road trip, grab for a quick meal, or freeze for when you’re in a pinch for a quick meal.

Contributing to the “meaty” texture and base taste of the roll is an Italian-flavored crumble made of seasoned and (oil-free) sauteed cauliflower, onions, and walnuts. Cruciferous veggie power + the amazing benefits of walnuts is already a win! Our freshly made cheesy sauce mimics the gooey, buttery texture and light flavor of mozzarella - NO dairy needed. The sweet and chunky pizza sauce* is made from scratch (and if you have any “dippers” at your table, we include extra sauce for just this kind of eater). For the extra zing of pizza toppings, we’ve included sliced black olives and roasted red peppers. Wonderful pizza flavor - neatly packed and ready for munching!
