Rainbow BBQ Sandwich w/Potato Macaroni Salad

This sandwich has an amazing depth of flavor from the marinated, baked tofu crumbles to the freshly-made Sweet Onion Coleslaw with our own mouthwatering Sweet Onion dressing (yep, plant-based and oil-free!). Smoky Maple BBQ Sauce* brings the whole thing together.

With this meal, you’ll enjoy a side of our Potato Macaroni Salad, comprised of organic veggies such as potatoes, carrots, red onions, and sweet peas - we pop in some chickpeas for extra nutrition, too! As always, the dressing is made freshly from scratch in the Remedy Kitchen.
