Tempeh is great in plant-based meals when you’re looking to substitute for the texture of meat. For your wraps in this dish, we’ve marinated the tempeh to infuse flavor from orange and lime juice, coconut aminos (a low-sodium alternative to soy sauce), and lots of spices.

You’ll scoop on some of our scratch-made Sun-Dried Tomato Cashew Spread* - oil-free, as usual, some greens, warmed tempeh strips, sliced cukes, a drizzle of Garlic Mustard Sauce*, and some chopped basil.

On the side, you’ll enjoy a power-packed bowl of herbed quinoa over a bed of arugula with fresh berries and a healthy pour of Citrus-Spiced Drizzle* (warning: this drizzle will capture your heart).
