Remedy Kitchen’s take on this classic salad will leave your taste buds smiling :) This dish is healthy, light, filling, and super flavorful - a real crowd-pleaser! Traditional Caesar salad is loaded with calories from cholesterol, saturated fat, sugar, and sodium - but there’s no need to forgo your love for this salad! RK has the remedy … and it tastes soooo good :)

The base of our salad consists of granular bulgur (or cracked) wheat, cannellini beans, and fresh veggies with a creamy dressing and a healthy sprinkle of RK’s parm (warning: you will fall in love with it). This combination comes together in a magical mix of flavorings and crunch on top of a bed of chopped romaine lettuce.

Servings: 4-6
- Bulgur and Veggie Mixture (6 cups)
- Caesar Dressing (1 pint)
