No-Meat Loaf Reuben and Potato Salad

This meal is simply amazing! Our No-Meat Loaf makes up the foundation of the Reuben sandwich. Its made with a flavorful mixture of pinto beans, mushrooms, onions, pecans, and more along with lots of spices that result in a meaty texture - without all of the downsides you’ll find with traditional meatloaf.

If you haven’t tasted our plant-based / oil-free Thousand Island Dressing* yet, you’re in for a treat! Slather some on your toast, pile on a slice of No Meat Loaf, sauerkraut, and avocado and you have an admirable sammy on your plate.

But that’s not all folks! Back by very popular demand is our Potato Salad to complete your meal. This is not your standard potato salad - light, flavorful, and absolutely de-lish.
