Baba ganoush is prepared for you from scratch in our kitchen - oil-free as always and packed with flavor. If you’re not familiar, this is a spread with a hummus-like consistency that is made from roasted garlic and eggplant. The spread is simply divine with our White Bean Falafels in this wrap, topped with some greens and veggies, you’ll finish off the wrap with a driz of Orange Curry Sauce before wrapping and enjoying your meal.
