Our Mission

As a wife and mom, I understand how exhausting it is getting healthy food on the table day after day. Our goal at Remedy Kitchen is to make your life easier and more nutritious through our weekly delivery service of deliciously satisfying food.

We take the burden off of your to-do list by rigorously testing recipes, planning, shopping, cooking, and delivering high-quality, low-maintenance, prepared meals to your doorstep. Everything is clearly labeled and color-coded and comes with easy instructions. Skip the big clean-up required from a full cooking-session!

Healthy & Ready in Minutes

Instead of a drive thru or pizza delivery, experience the ease of having a great meal ready for you in just minutes.  This is NOT an meal-kit that requires you to break out the cutting board, pots, and pans.  Our meals are designed so that you'll only have simple assembly and/or heating before you chow down!

Environmentally Sustainable & Toxin-Free

We strive to do our part in reducing the burden on our planet by:

  1. Mindfully sourcing ingredients as much as possible in recyclable or waste-free packaging such as glass jars, Tetra Pak cartons, and from bulk bins over plastic or cans (even “BPA-free”)

  2. Packaging our meals in all reusable containers: glass Pyrex containers, glass mason jars, produce bags, and silicone zip bags - delivered in a cooler tote made of 100% recycled and reusable materials

  3. NOT supporting animal agriculture as we promote a plant-based way of life

Animal-Free

Its easier than ever to learn about the horrid conditions and experiences that animals face in order to become food.  Whether it’s a factory farm or a small local farm, we believe that breeding and slaughtering animals to satisfy our taste buds is wrong and unnecessary - no matter how humane the farmer claims their death. At Remedy Kitchen, we’re animal lovers - and with so many delicious, nutritious, and compassionate alternatives, there is no need for such suffering.  We’re encouraged in witnessing our local community’s awareness and heightened thoughtfulness in their selection of food. We seek to share knowledge and provide our neighbors with some really great food!

Ultimate Teriyaki Stirfry

This veggie-loaded and protein-packed Teriyaki is a delicious upgrade from your standard takeout options!  The sauce has all the taste and none of the added sugar, MSG, additives, or high fructose corn syrup.  Mix it up and dinner is served. Then, enjoy leftovers for an easy lunch!

African Peanut Stew

A tomato base along with carrots and other veggies, peanuts, and a mix of fresh herbs and aromatic spices combine to offer an amazing taste.  Rich and flavorful, this unconventional ingredient combination is plant-based comfort food at its finest!

Smoky Stuffed Pitas

Roasted eggplant brings sweet and savory tastes into the baba ghanoush (think hummus texture). It’s a delicious, smoky, and flavorful, and it packs a punch when it comes to health benefits with an extensive list of vitamins and minerals.  Garlicky baked tofu complements the baba with a perfect balance of texture and taste, sneaking in protein and all nine essential amino acids. Great tasting and wholesome – you can’t go wrong with this dish!

Shredded BBQ Rolls

Spiced and savory shredded jackfruit provides the texture of shredded meat but also the benefits of antioxidants, fiber, calcium, phytonutrients, and more.  Black cherries make for a unique twist on a homemade BBQ sauce. Pile on our freshly made slaw and your meal is ready to be devoured.

This stew is an absolute favorite comfort food! Black beans with sweet potato, carrots, tomatoes, and fresh herbs are thickened with quinoa and given a super boost with chopped kale.  Gluten-free and high in protein, this delish creation has just the right balance of flavors and depth to satisfy a hungry herbivore!

Crabby Cake Bowl

High in protein and fiber, chickpeas team up with the sea veggie, dulse, and a magical mixture of spices and veggies, resulting in “crabby cakes”. Enjoy on top of a salad including the most nutrient-dense food on the planet: Kale! Herbed quinoa adds base to the salad and is drizzled with a creamy dressing

Almond-Ginger Pad Thai

A healthy whole-food twist on your run-of-the-mill take out, this Pad Thai will satisfy your appetite while delivering fresh veggies such as broccolini, red cabbage, and kale coated with a savory almond ginger sauce over organic Pad Thai noodles. Pack leftovers for a meal that you will look forward to heating up again!

Heartwarming Minestrone

This scrumptious plant-based take on minestrone includes sweet butternut squash in its tomato-based broth. The tummy-warming soup packs a punch with cannellini beans, loads of veggies, our freshly-made vegan no-oil pesto, and noodles. High in protein, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, this soup is an excellent immunity booster for any time of year!

 

Cubano with Curtido Slaw

This sandwich has it all: the cuban-spiced, shredded jackfruit, gooey cashew cheese, an out-of-this world mayo, topped with tangy dill pickles! Get your cruciferous veggie for the day checked off with the side of Curtido, a spicy slaw that balances your sandwich with just the right kick of flavor and heat.

Wild Mushroom Risotto

Creamy and savory, this dish will hit the spot.  The shiitake and oyster mushrooms that top this dish are prized worldwide for their umami flavor and diverse health benefits. Compounds are said to fight cancer, boost immunity, and support heart health. Green peas bring just the right boost of flavor and color to your dish. 

Roasted Beet Hummus Bowl

Its hard to “beet” the nutritional benefits of this bowl! Beets alone are loaded with antioxidants, fiber, and essential minerals. They’re roasted to bring out sweet flavor and then mixed into a creamy hummus. The hummus tops a mix of veggies, nuts, seeds, and a freshly made plant-based ranch dressing that will delight your tastebuds!

Wild Child Chowder

This is hands-down one of our favorite chowders. Heavy cream you might ask? Not a chance at the Remedy Kitchen.  Instead, this chowder will fill your belly and WON’T leave you feeling heavy and bloated.  The wild rice in this bad boy is nutrient-dense, more so than other more common rices.  Cannellini beans, cashews, carrots, celery, mushrooms, and a mix of fresh herbs and spices come together to deliver amazing taste and a fab meal all on its own!
